Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

1. Who We Are

Fide Consulting Limited (“Fide Consulting”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a regulatory consulting firm registered in England and Wales (Company Registration Number: 16543126), with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (https://fide-consulting.com) and the purchase and use of our online training courses and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Our Services

We provide online training courses on CASS, safeguarding and related regulatory topics, alongside advisory and resourcing services. Course access is delivered through this website. Where a course is described as offering lifetime access, this means access for as long as we continue to operate the platform and host that course.

3. Accounts & Access

  • A purchase grants a single named individual access to the course. Accounts and course access must not be shared, resold, or transferred.
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, including unauthorised sharing of content or credentials.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) on the relevant course page and are payable in full at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  • Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • We may change course prices from time to time; changes do not affect purchases already completed.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Your right to cancel and our refund approach are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, documents, checklists and other content made available through our services are owned by or licensed to Fide Consulting and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content you have purchased for your own learning. You must not copy, record, redistribute, publish, resell, or otherwise make the content available to any third party without our prior written consent.

7. Certificates

On completing a course, you may download a certificate of completion. A certificate confirms that you have completed the course; it is not a regulated qualification and does not certify regulatory competence or accreditation by any regulator.

8. No Regulatory or Legal Advice

Our courses and resources are provided for general training and educational purposes only. They are guidance, not regulatory, legal or professional advice, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice tailored to your firm’s specific circumstances. For your firm’s specific obligations you should obtain appropriate professional advice. Regulatory requirements change; we do not warrant that course content reflects the latest position at all times.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the services for operational, maintenance or other reasons, and will try to give reasonable notice where we can.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on course content, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, business or goodwill.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you use the services. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@fide-consulting.com or via our contact page.
