Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains your right to cancel a course purchase and how we handle refunds. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Your 14-Day Cancellation Right

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason.

Our courses are digital content delivered online. Where you have not started the course, you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel within 14 days. Where you have started the course, please see the section below.

2. Once You Have Started a Course

Because course access is granted immediately on purchase, once you begin a course you acknowledge that delivery of the digital content has started. To keep things fair and simple, our approach is:

  • Full refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase and have completed less than 25% of the course lessons.
  • Discretionary refund after 14 days, or once you have completed 25% or more of the course. We will consider these case by case and in good faith.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email info@fide-consulting.com with the email address used at purchase and the course name. You may also use our contact page. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days.

4. How Refunds Are Made

  • Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via our payment provider, Stripe.
  • We aim to process approved refunds within 14 days of approval. Your bank may take a little longer to show the funds.
  • On refund, access to the relevant course (and any associated certificate) is withdrawn.

5. Group & Corporate Purchases

Refunds for group, corporate or invoiced purchases are handled under the terms of the relevant order or agreement. Please contact us to discuss.
